Ireland offers specialised master’s programmes that help students develop advanced knowledge, practical skills and industry experience in their chosen field.     Scholarships for Master’s Students

    Indian students applying for master’s programmes in Ireland may be eligible for government-funded, university-specific and department-level scholarships. Most awards are competitive and consider academic performance, professional achievements, extracurricular activities and the overall quality of the application.

    The Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship supports selected non-EU students studying at NFQ Level 9 or 10. It includes a €10,000 stipend and a full tuition-fee waiver from the participating institution for one year of full-time study.

    Other notable university scholarships include:

    • Trinity Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarship, offering a tuition-fee reduction of between €2,000 and €5,000.
    • UCD Global Excellence Scholarship, offering limited awards covering 50% or 100% of tuition fees for eligible graduate taught programmes.
    • International merit scholarships offered by University College Cork, University of Galway, Dublin City University, Maynooth University and other participating institutions.
